BECOME A MENTOR
We firmly hold the belief that the potential of the youth in the United Kingdom knows no bounds. Recognising that academic education alone falls short, our business is dedicated to inspiring and empowering young individuals to thrive in an ever-evolving professional landscape. We accomplish this by providing them with the necessary work skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in the dynamic world of work.
We collaborate directly with youth, educators, parents, businesses, and influencers to contribute to the development of a prosperous and sustainable future for young individuals and society as a whole.
With our employability, enterprise, and financial education programs, we aim to reduce youth unemployment, help young people realise their potential beyond school, and empower a generation.
Being a volunteer has many benefits
Remember, volunteering is not only about what you can give but also what you can gain. Volunteering can be an enriching experience that allows you to grow personally and professionally. It's an opportunity to build your network, develop new skills, and gain a sense of accomplishment from making a real difference in your community.
Starting or running a small business or charity has never been more challenging. Give business leaders the knowledge they need to thrive by joining our flexible volunteering programme. Upon completion of the programme, we will acknowledge your invaluable contributions and expertise by awarding you a certificate as a token of our appreciation.
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
We are actively seeking distinguished professionals who possess substantial business acumen. The ideal candidates will contribute valuable insights derived from their extensive industry experience, and effectively utilise their expansive networks. We greatly appreciate the wisdom that seasoned veterans bring to our table, along with the robust personal connections that can foster opportunities for growth and advancement.
Potential candidates for this position may include:

We require mentors to devote at least 45 minutes per week for a period up to 8 weeks. Additional involvement beyond this time frame remains entirely optional. Interaction with mentees can be conducted either in-person or through virtual platforms.
As a mentor, your responsibilities will include:
Empowering your mentee to develop strategic thought processes and facilitating their problem-solving capabilities.
Serving as a platform for constructive dialogue, assisting in identifying challenges and generating potential solutions by offering insights and alternatives, as opposed to explicit instructions.
